pb Summary /bp OXBO are supporting a leading renewable energy business with a strong pipeline (~15GW) of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Italy and Europe. /pp As the team continues to grow, they are now looking for an Engineering Manager to join their Milan office. /pp This role will lead engineering activities across the full project lifecycle, working closely with development, EPC, construction, and investment teams to ensure the successful delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects. /pp Possiede le competenze per ricoprire questo ruolo? Legga i dettagli completi qui sotto e invii la sua candidatura oggi stesso. brpb Responsibilities /b /pulli Manage engineering activities for Solar PV and BESS projects across Italy and Europe /lili Oversee technical due diligence, project design, engineering reviews, and construction support /lili Support project development, MA activities, procurement, and execution phases /lili Ensure projects are delivered in line with technical, quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements /lili Review and approve technical documentation including layouts, SLDs,



specifications, and construction drawings /lili Provide strategic engineering input throughout project development and delivery /lili Manage engineering risks and support troubleshooting during construction and commissioning phases /lili Collaborate closely with construction and site teams to ensure effective project execution and compliance with design standards /li /ul pb Experience Required /b /pulli4+ years’ experience within Solar PV and/or xrdbqlu BESS engineering, including experience managing utility-scale renewable energy projects /lili Strong construction and EPC experience, supporting construction teams from an engineering perspective /lili Advanced AutoCAD proficiency /lili Experience conducting energy yield assessments /lili Experience using PVsyst or similar software /lili Degree qualified with an electrical engineering or energy engineering background /lili Fluent in English; Italian language skills are advantageous /li /ul /p /p
