**The Role** Working closely with Creative, Technical and Project Management teams, the Production Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of large-scale events and shows. **Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the production workflow of complex projects, from pre-production to final delivery and dismantling.
- Develop, monitor, and manage production schedules, workflows, and budgets.
- Coordinate suppliers, vendors, logistics, transportation, permits, and production contracts.
- Work alongside Creative Directors and Technical teams to ensure feasible, high-quality implementation of creative concepts.
- Supervise on-site setup, rehearsals, and operations, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to safety protocols.
- Act as a central point of contact for all production-related matters across internal and external stakeholders.
Anticipate risks and resolve challenges proactively in high-pressure, time-sensitive contexts.**Requirements**: - 7-10+ years of experience as a Production Manager or similar role in large-scale live events, ceremonies, shows, or public celebrations.




- Strong experience working in international environments and multicultural teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English (C1+); knowledge of Italian or other languages is a plus.
- Availability for international travel and flexibility in working hours when required by project timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), project scheduling tools, and presentation software (Keynote or PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of production planning, budgeting, logistics, and on-site operations.
Experience with governmental, institutional or high-protocol projects is a strong asset.**What We Offer**
