**Languages**: Chinese + English (for Chinese nationals) OR Chinese + Italian (for Italian nationals) As part of their European expansion, the company is hiring an **HR Business Partner** in **Milan** to support their growing team and drive talent success in Italy. **️ Responsibilities**:
**HR Administration**: Manage payroll, employee expenses, personnel records, and general office administration (e.g., supplies, holiday gifts, facility support)
**Onboarding/Offboarding**: Coordinate employee transitions, issue/collect equipment, and ensure smooth processes
**Employee Relations**: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees, fostering an open and supportive work environment
**Policy & Compliance**: Enforce labor laws, health/safety regulations, and company policies while tracking market HR trends
**Talent Engagement & Retention**: Launch initiatives to boost team morale, productivity, and long-term retention




**Compensation & Benefits**: Administer vantaggi programs and conduct compensation benchmarking
**Performance Support**: Assist in programs that enhance productivity and organizational effectiveness
**Ad Hoc Projects**: Provide support for ongoing HR-related tasks as needed **Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
3-7 years in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
In-depth knowledge of Italian labor laws and HR compliance
️ Fluent in **Chinese + English** (if Chinese national) OR **Chinese + Italian** (if Italian national)
‍ Proven experience in employee relations, HR tools, and policy implementation
Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, especially in cross-cultural environments
