Join NXP's new Catania team to advance high-performance MCU verification for AI at the Edge. You will shape verification environments and drive quality across the product development lifecycle in a fast, world-class environment. This role focuses on building robust test benches for MCUs and collaborating with design, architecture, and software to deliver reliable silicon. You will work on impactful verification challenges in a cutting-edge industrial IoT context.

- Develop verification environments and test benches using industry-standard methodologies (e.g., UVM, SystemVerilog)
- Create verification plans based on design specs, identifying key functionalities and corner cases
- Develop, execute,



and debug test cases to verify the design against specifications
- Analyze simulation results and collaborate with design engineers to resolve issues
- Maintain verification collateral (assertions, coverage models, verification scripts)
- Participate in verification reviews and improve methodologies and processes
- Collaborate with design, architecture, and software xrdztoy teams throughout the product lifecycle
- Master's in Electronic Engineering
- 5+ years in digital IC design verification
- Proficient in SystemVerilog and UVM
- Experience with simulation tools (Questa, VCS, Xcelium)
- Scripting experience (Python, Perl, Tcl)
- Knowledge of metric-driven and assertion-based verification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
