Stiamo cercando un Data Engineer da inserire nel team Genya, con un ruolo centrale nello sviluppo in MS Azure di una piattaforma dati (data lake) per processi di BI ed integrata con AI. Genya sta evolvendo verso un modello in cui dati, BI ed AI sono elementi strutturali del prodotto: dalla progettazione delle funzionalità, all'automazione dei processi, fino al supporto decisionale per gli utenti.
Il Data
Engineer contribuirà a costruire le fondamenta dati che rendono possibile questa evoluzione.
Key Responsibilities Data Platform &
- Architecture Progettare e sviluppare pipeline ETL affidabili e scalabili a supporto delle funzionalità della piattaforma Genya. Definire e mantenere modelli dati coerenti e riutilizzabili lungo l'intero ciclo di vita del prodotto. Gestire flussi di ingestion, trasformazione e persistenza dei dati da fonti interne ed esterne.
AI-Driven Development Abilitare uno sviluppo sempre più guidato dall'AI, garantendo la disponibilità di dati di qualità per: inferenza batch e real-time; funzionalità intelligenti integrate nella piattaforma. Collaborare con AI Engineers e team di prodotto per integrare i flussi dati nei servizi AI di Genya. Contribuire alla costruzione di data asset e feature riutilizzabili per accelerare nuovi use case BI ed AI.
Product &
- Engineering Collaboration Lavorare a stretto contatto con i team di sviluppo per integrare i dati nei servizi backend e nelle API di piattaforma. Garantire coerenza tra dati operativi, funzionalità di prodotto e capacità
- AI. Supportare evoluzioni architetturali orientate a scalabilità, performance e automazione.
Data Quality, Governance &
- Security Assicurare qualità, consistenza e osservabilità delle pipeline dati. Implementare controlli su sicurezza, privacy e compliance (es. GDPR). Contribuire alla definizione di standard di data governance della piattaforma.
Cloud &
- Automation Progettare e gestire soluzioni dati in ambiente cloud Azure. Automatizzare pipeline, controlli e deployment tramite CI/CD e Infrastructure as Code. Ottimizzare costi e performance delle soluzioni dati.
Required Skills &
Experience Technical Skills 3+ anni di esperienza come Data Engineer o ruolo equivalente su piattaforma Microsoft Azure. Solida conoscenza di modellazione data lake e strumenti ETL (es:data factory).
Esperienza con: data pipeline batch e/o streaming; strumenti di orchestrazione (es. Airflow, Azure Data Factory o equivalenti); data lake e data warehouse. Buona comprensione di architetture moderne (API, microservizi, event-driven).
Data &
- AI Mindset Comprensione dei principi fondamentali di BI ed AI (dataset, feature engineering, inference). Esperienza o forte interesse nello sviluppo di piattaforme data-driven con componenti AI integrate.
Cloud &
- Tooling Esperienza su cloud platform Azure. Uso di Git e pratiche CI/CD. Containerizzazione (Docker / Kubernetes) è un plus.
Requisiti graditi: Formazione universitaria
Conoscenza delle tecniche di TDD (Test Driven Design)
Conoscenza delle metodologie Agili (Scrum)
