The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and a motivation to work in a multicultural and international environment characterized by high technological complexity. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liLead the overall Tenova HSE Design and Process Safety for large and complex steel and process plants, ensuring that health, safety and environmental aspects are integrated into the design of the projects. /li liEnsure that design complies with HSE legislation/standards/norms, focusing on hazard identification mitigation. /li liPrepare and review HSE design documentation, such as specifications, procedures, philosophies, reports, manuals, etc. /li liParticipate in design HSE reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP and SIL sessions. /li liParticipate in risk assessments and studies such as QRA, FERA. /li liDesign active and passive fire protection (e.g. FG, firefighting and fireproofing design). /li liDesign environmental protection measures (e.g. BAT compliance, emission limits specification, noise study). /li liEnsure proper coordination between the Tenova Product Lines to achieve uniformity and consistency in HSED design. /li liSpecifically develop the HSED engineering of the Balance of Plant (BoP), i.e. the Scope of Supply not covered by individual Tenova Product Lines. /li liOversee the entire process of the material requisitions for the Fire Fighting equipment (MR, TBE, vendor follow up, review of vendor technical documentation).



/li liEnsure proper coordination with other technical disciplines. /li liManage the outsourcing of HSED engineering (for specific deliverables or studies), ensuring compliance with contract standards and quality requirements. /li liSupport the Site Technical Office and Construction/Commissioning team during erection and commissioning phases. /li liSupport Proposal department for preparation of technical proposals (review of tender documents, preparation of technical qualifications, technical descriptions, etc.). /li /ul pbWhat we ask for /b /p ul liExperience in HSE engineering design / process safety in complex projects for steel, oilgas, power industries, including coordination and supervision of engineering subcontractors. /li liKnowledge of major HSED international codes, standards and best engineering practices (API, IEC, NFPA, etc). /li liKnowledge of Hazard analysis techniques (e.g. HAZID, HAZOP, SIL). /li liFamiliarity with Office Suite, AutoCAD and Navisworks. /li liAbility to manage relationships with Client/Partners/Suppliers technical experts. /li liWillingness to travel. /li liCollaborative approach, teamwork ability, problem solving skills and flexibility. /li liStrong coordination and planning skills. /li /ul pbWhat we offer /b /p ul liThe opportunity to contribute to UpstreamTAT - Special Turn Key Project activities with a direct impact on business performance. /li liA dynamic and international environment where ideas are valued and innovation is encouraged. /li liContinuous learning opportunities through training, exposure to new technologies and cross-functional collaboration. /li liHybrid working model according to company policy and role requirements. /li liPerformance Management through an annual appraisal and development process.Supplementary healthcare coverage. /li liWell‑being initiatives to support employees. /li /ul pFor the position, the starting gross annual salary will be from € 55,000, with the final offer determined based on the candidate’s seniority, experience, and skills, as well as the outcome of the selection process. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
