**Description** **How you´ll make an impact**- Lead of service and project teams
- Ensure (with HR support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Ensure strategic organization development
- Guides, motivates and develops direct subordinates within HR policies, for the vantaggi of both company and the employee
- Implementing agile development setups- Guiding and supporting IT implementation projects
- Create a governance setup and run service/project reviews for service receiving organization according to IT global standards**Your background**
- 7-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in global compnies
- 3+ years in managing third party providers on global scale




- Understanding of software development lifecycles
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
