**We are Hiring: Business Development Manager (Full-Time)**

**Education**: Graduation required
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years in business development, administration, management, or sales
**Languages**: Fluent in **German**, English, and Italian
**Skills**: - Working knowledge of tools used in the translation/localization industry **Key Responsibilities**: - Manage and grow relationships with **German clients** (existing and prospective) and selected **Italian clients**: - Develop and implement effective **sales strategies**: - Identify new business opportunities by researching industry prospects and introducing targeted solutions
- Maintain and provide accurate **sales forecasts and pipelines**: - Achieve assigned targets for **sales revenue**, **prospecting activity**, and **pipeline quality**: - Manage workload by setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and evaluating results to ensure success Join us in shaping the future of language services! Pay: €38,000.00 - €47,000.00 per year
