**CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST** **Key Responsibilities**: - **Sales order management**: Entering orders into the ERP system, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- **Quotations & pricing**: Preparing and sending quotations in coordination with sales representatives, product management and negotiating within defined parameters.
- **Handling complaints**: Managing claims within the CRM system and working towards satisfactory resolutions.
- **Commercial support**: Collaborating closely with the Sales Team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- **Cross-functional coordination**: Working daily with logistics, planning, production, purchasing, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- **Meetings & training**: Participating in internal and external meetings, staying up to date with product training, and contributing to sales strategies. **Questa offerta fa per te?** Requirements**
- **Degree or equivalent experience**in Customer Service, Internal Sales, or Commercial Support, preferably in an international and industrial environment (5 years minimum).
- Strong **customer-oriented approach** with a proactive sales mindset.
- Knowledge of **ERP and CRM systems.**: - Excellent **Excel skills** for managing sales and customer data.
- Fluent in written and spoken **English**; knowledge of **German**is a strong plus.
- Strong **communication, negotiation, and problem-solving**: - Ability to **work under pressure**, meet deadlines, and collaborate with multiple departments. **The profile is completed by**: - Excellent interpersonal & relationship building skills
