Reporting and under the superivsion of the IS Manager, the Inside Sales Intern will support the Inside Sales Team in Videojet Italy dealing with the order entry process from the order itself to the invoicing, logistics and stock-related activities. She/he will interact also with extarnal customers and internal sales dept. The Intern will be located in our Videojet Italy office near Milan. **In this role, a typical day will look like**: - Supporting complete order management timely and accurately,




- Support colleagues on answering to customer inquiries, helping in handling and resolving customer complaints,
- Help on invoicing, logistics and stock activities,
- Assist in administrative and productions tasks for department as required **The essential requirements of the job include**: - Teamwork - able to work together with colleagues in a collaborative environment
- Analytical skills - able to analyze data
- Communication skills
- Desire to learn in a continuous improvement working environment
