YOUR ROLE

- Defining AI and GenAI strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps that are closely aligned with clients' business objectives and long-term vision.
- Designing and implementing AI Governance and Responsible AI frameworks, ensuring compliance, transparency, risk management, and ethical AI adoption across the organisation.
- Advising senior executives on AI investment priorities, use case portfolios,



and value realisation opportunities, translating complex topics into clear and actionable business decisions.
- Overseeing complex consulting engagements, coordinating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, data, and change management to deliver measurable client impact.
- Supporting clients in scaling AI capabilities through governance structures, Centres of Excellence, and enterprise-wide adoption approaches that drive sustainable transformation.
- Helping shape and expand our AI Strategy & Governance practice through active contributions to proposals, thought leadership publications, and client development initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE

- 5+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting, Digital Transformation, Data & AI, or Technology Advisory, with a proven track record of delivering initiatives with measurable business impact.
