Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities.
- Manage all aspects of facility services, including maintenance, safety, and compliance.
- Ensure a functional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
- Coordinate and manage routine and extraordinary maintenance activities.
- Manage energy supplies, ensuring best market conditions.
- Oversee cleaning, gardening, and all general services.
- Supervise the Technogym group’s vehicle fleet.
- Provide technical support for special industrial/plant projects.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Proven experience in managing technical and technological systems.
- Experience in energy procurement and management.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating maintenance activities and managing general services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in managing corporate telephony systems.
- Knowledge of ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certifications and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
