pIn this role, you lead the Aerospace Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) business across Europe for a global leader in assurance services supporting aerospace OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, MRO providers, and defense contractors. The position holds full regional accountability for growth, operational performance, and technical excellence across aerospace service lines. /ppbr / /ppThe Aerospace Division Director is responsible for driving profitable growth, strengthening technical capability, and ensuring regulatory-compliant delivery of aerospace TIC services across Europe, including NDT, materials testing, structural integrity assessment, and certification support /pp.This is a senior executive leadership role with full PL ownership and direct responsibility for multi-country operations /ppbr / /ppstrong. /strong /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pp1. Regional Strategy Growth /pulliDefine and execute the European aerospace growth strategy aligned with global TIC priorities /liliExpand presence across key aerospace markets: France, Germany, UK, Spain, and Italy /liliIdentify high-growth segments such as: Composite structures and advanced materials /liliAdditive manufacturing qualification /liliDigital inspection and remote testing services /li /ulp2. Commercial Leadership /pulliOwn full PL performance for the Aerospace Europe /liliDevelop and deepen strategic relationships with aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers (e.G., Airbus ecosystem, engine manufacturers, major MRO networks)

Operational Excellence /pulliOversee accredited aerospace laboratories and field inspection teams across Europe /liliEnsure compliance with: EN9100 aerospace quality standards /liliNADCAP accreditation requirements /liliISO/IEC 17025 laboratory standards /liliStandardize processes and improve service consistency across countries /li /ulp4. Technical Leadership /pulliProvide executive oversight of NDT technologies including:Ultrasonic testing (including phased array and immersion systems)Radiographic and computed tomography (CT) inspection /liliEddy current and advanced materials characterization /liliDrive investment in automation, digitalization, and advanced inspection platforms /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongCandidate Profile Experience /strong /pulli12–20+ years in TIC, aerospace manufacturing, or industrial engineering services /liliSenior leadership experience at Director, VP, or Regional GM level /liliStrong exposure to aerospace OEM supply chains and regulated environments /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongBusiness Leaders /strong /pulliProven multi-country PL leadership experience (typically €50M–€250M+ revenue scope) /liliStrong commercial development and key account management /liliAbility to lead transformation and operational integration across acquired businesses /liliExecutive presence with OEM and Tier 1 stakeholders /li /ul
