Installation…); Master Design Guidelines /lili Supporting the definition of KPI systems for the different areas within "PWT Systems Components Engineering" and monitoring results on regular basis /lili Foster continuous improvement of internal process and methods for the specific area, in accordance to Model Based System Engineering IVG guidelines /lili Supporting Quality System internal and external Audit preparation /li /ul p Requirements: /pulli Degree in Automotive, Mechatronic, Electronic or System Engineering /lili Fluent English and Italian, written and spoken /lili10 years' experience of Product xrdbqlu Engineering development process, with focus on powertrain engineering design methodologies /lili Strong knowledge of main applicable Quality Systems, e.g. IATF 16949 /lili Effective communication and seamless collaboration across engineering teams /lili Team coordination skills and resource management experience /li /ul p Digital Skills: /pulli MS Office /li /ul p Flexibility to ensure on-site presence in line with needs. /p p Availability to Travel: /pulli Expected % of Time: ≈ 5% /li /ul /p /p
