ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our facilities. /liliManage all aspects of facility services, including maintenance, safety, and compliance. /liliEnsure a functional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. /liliCoordinate and manage routine and extraordinary maintenance activities. /liliManage energy supplies, ensuring best market conditions. /liliOversee cleaning, gardening, and all general services. /liliSupervise the Technogym group’s vehicle fleet. /liliProvide technical support for special industrial/plant projects. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a similar role. /liliProven experience in managing technical and technological systems. /liliExperience in energy procurement and management. /liliDemonstrated experience in coordinating maintenance activities and managing general services.
