ppWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Structural Mechanical Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the design, analysis, and optimization of steel structures for various energy infrastructure projects and applications, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with international standards. /ph3How you'll make an impact /h3ulliPerform structural and mechanical design and analysis of components, systems, and structures using relevant software (e.g. PTC Creo, TEKLA, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD). /liliDevelop and review technical specifications, calculations, drawings, and other engineering documentation. /liliConduct stress, vibration, fatigue, and seismic analyses to ensure structural integrity and performance. /liliCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams (electrical, civil, manufacturing) to integrate mechanical designs into overall project solutions. /liliEvaluate and select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for structural components. /liliParticipate in design reviews, risk assessments, and problem‑solving activities. /liliEnsure compliance with relevant industry codes, standards (e.g. EN, ISO, ASME), and company policies. /liliProvide technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.
/liliInvestigate and troubleshoot structural or mechanical issues, proposing effective solutions. /liliStay updated with the latest advancements in structural and mechanical engineering technologies and methodologies. /li /ulh3Your background /h3ulliBachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. /liliProven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in structural mechanical design and analysis, preferably within the energy or heavy industrial sector. /liliStrong understanding of structural mechanics, material science, and relevant design codes and standards. /liliExperience with CAD software (e.g. PTC Creo, TEKLA, STAAD.Pro, AutoCAD). /liliAbility to perform complex engineering calculations and prepare detailed technical reports. /liliExcellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. /liliFluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is required. /liliAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. /liliFamiliarity with project management principles is an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
