In this role, you will be able to contribute to the definition of company objectives, as well as leading the product development processes, making sure to respect the necessary quality standards and pre-decided timelines. You will be able to exploit your electronics hardware expertise, collaborating cross-functionally to make sure our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance and reliability. /ppbr / /ppstrongMain Responsibilities /strong /ppbr / /pulliYou will take on a leading position, defining the Gantt project and being responsible for the project’s execution, deliverables and timelines. /liliYou will be in charge of collecting project briefs, whilst also supervising task assignment within the team. /liliMoreover, you will also be responsible for Planning and Purchasing related activities for the project development process. /liliYou will generate reports and follow-ups,



as well as delivering feedback to the teams and/or the manager, as needed. /liliIn your responsibilities, you will also be supporting on the development of innovative products’ components and technical solutions. /liliThanks to your expertise, you will be able to anticipate potential blockers in the project development, making adjustments and/or recommendations to solve any issues. /liliMoreover, you will also support in ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications Requirements /strong /ppbr / /pulliBachelor and/or Master’s degree in Electronics and / or Mechanical Engineering. /liliA minimum of 5+ years’ experience in Project Management within the Automotive, Motorsports and/or Sporting Goods industries, with a strong focus on electronics components development. /liliIn-depth knowledge of the Product Development process and strong problem-solving abilities. /liliPrevious working experience of Gantt Project Software and / or MS Project. /liliBasic knowledge of Embedded C Firmware and process monitoring. /liliBasic knowledge of hardware PCB components, as well as of CE / FCC certification requirements for BLE and Wi-fi modules. /liliAbility to develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving market’s needs. /liliStrong communication and collaboration skills, particularly at cross-functional level. /liliFluency in English – Please note that Alpinestars is a fully English speaking environment. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongOther Information /strong /ppbr / /ppLocation – Asolo (On-site) /ppCompensation Package – From €40,000 (Depending on experience) /p
