We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects in 7 different European Countries, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. /p pWe are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced MEP Lead to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Milan, Italy. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead a team of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers /li liProposing suitable changes to design to improve cost efficiency, ease construction programme, and to enhance specification and quality completion /li liDisplay commercial astuteness /li liMonitor construction, regarding quality of workmanship and materials /li liCoordinate and liaise with contracts manager,



site engineers and other discipline leads to ensure that all subcontractors and site personnel have timely and accurate information /li liCheck and ensure understanding of drawings and specifications. Ensure that any errors/omissions are formally communicated to the design team in a timely manner /li liEstablish project resource requirements and lead and motivate the project team /li liOversee highest quality of health and safety /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelors’ degree in Engineering or relevant area /li liStrong knowledge of procurement /li liExperience in scheduling, programming, and sequencing /li liExperience in effectively leading MEP teams is essential /li liExperience in the delivery in Data Center MEP projects /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills /li /ul pbWinthrop Technologies is an equal opportunities employer /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
