In this role, you will work closely with the CMF Lead and cross‑functional teams, ensuring consistency, feasibility, and excellence across materials, colors, and finishes. /p pAre you a technically minded, detail‑driven professional with a passion for CMF quality? If the answer is yes, we encourage you to apply! /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liOrganize and maintain color masters, CMF documentation, and the material library /li liDefine, update, and manage CMF specifications, guidelines, and digital documentation, ensuring clear communication to all stakeholders /li liSupport CMF feasibility assessments and assist with production rollout /li liChampion CMF perceived quality,



collaborating with suppliers and engineering teams to resolve appearance‑related challenges /li liSupport the development and implementation of CMF quality standards for products and components /li liFacilitate prototype development, appearance evaluations, and CMF matching processes /li liContribute to material research and next‑generation product development with a strong technical and innovative mindset /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liDegree or equivalent experience in Design, Design Engineering (materials focus), Material Engineering, or Quality Management /li liMinimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment or material supplier (automotive, consumer electronics, metals, plastics, or coatings are a plus) /li liStrong understanding of production feasibility (metal, plastic, coatings, surface treatments, etc.) /li liExperience in quality management, perceived quality, technical CMF mastering, or similar fields /li liProven experience in technical CMF delivery; a portfolio is a plus /li liFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma is an advantage /li liStrong problem‑solving, communication (visual, verbal, written), organizational, and prioritization skills /li liProactive and collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross‑functionally with design, engineering, suppliers, and quality teams /li liImpeccable color vision /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
