- Serving up coffee and drinks, chatting with guests, and being the life of the party behind the bar;
- Promoting hostel events and local experiences to make every guest’s stay unforgettable;
- Being a proactive problem-solver, jumping in to help with whatever comes up—from city tips to last-minute events;
- Cooperating with the whole team to keep the vibe high and operations smooth across different departments. **What you should have**:



- At least 1 year of experience in similar roles (Reception, Bartending, or Barista);
- Team spirit: the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team;
- Flexibility to work on a shift schedule, including nights and weekends;
- Excellence in customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality;
- High proficiency in spoken English and Italian (other languages are a huge plus!). **Note**: If you lack experience but your energy and commitment make up for it, reach out anyway! We value personality as much as a CV. **What we offer**: - CCNL Turismo - 5th level: Gross annual salary of €21,804;
