As Rural Manager you will oversee a portfolio of rural clients across Queensland, driving profitable growth, high client satisfaction, and strong credit quality. You'll leverage your local networks and community presence to expand the client base and provide value through innovative, relationship-driven service. You'll work with a supportive team to help local farmers grow and plan for succession, contributing to Rabobank's mission to support agricultural livelihoods.

Manage and grow a diverse rural client portfolio

Drive profitability, client satisfaction, and credit quality in line with branch goals





Build and maintain strong client relationships through networking and advocacy

Grow the client base via community connections and cross-functional collaboration

Collaborate with internal teams to support existing and new clients

Support succession planning and longer-term farming business development

Experience in banking with a focus on Agri or rural account management

Farming or agriculture experience or willingness to transition to Agribusiness Banking

Proven track record of building, maintaining, and growing client portfolios

Proven customer service excellence

Credit and financial analysis skills

Desire to make a difference and succeed in a rural context
