We are hiring: Sales Assistant A luxury brand with a strong DNA, distinctive style, and high service standards is looking for a Sales Assistant. The boutique works with an international clientele and requires a high level of autonomy and professional maturity. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients in line with luxury service standards
- Deliver personalized sales and one-on-one consultations (including VIP clients)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets (KPIs)
- Maintain visual merchandising and boutique standards
- Handle cash register operations
- Support stock management and participate in goods receiving **Requirements**: - Previous experience in luxury or premium retail (preferably fashion / lingerie)
- Strong communication skills and a high level of customer service
- Commercial mindset and results-driven approach




- Languages: - Italian — fluent (mandatory)
- English — fluent (mandatory)
- Russian — an advantage
- Well-groomed appearance and attention to detail
