ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAll commercial, financial, tax, insurance and contractual issues /li liManage Bonds Guarantees to be issued in sales phase and execution phase /li liManage together with sales the insurance concept /li liManage involving sales and FOh external/internal consortium agreements /li liCheck and complete Digital SCAP filled by Sales /li liSupport sales in preparing Contract comments and negotiating with customer /li liSend to AH Tax department project presentation and Tax concept request /li liContribute to sales risk analysis (Contract, Supply chain matters) /li liSupport the PM in the preparation of the kick‑off meeting for legal and insurance aspects, checking the contract (except technical part) to identify contractual risks and chances (i.e. contractual deadline and formalities) /li liExecution of commercial, financial, tax, insurance and contractual tasks /li liParticipation in the take‑over process (Sales → Contract Execution) including order intake /li liSupport Project cost controlling (Controlling) /li liSupport Invoicing and accounts receivables management (Accounting) /li liContractual and financial inputs for claim management (support for maintenance of clear evidence and records)



/li liInsurance claim management /li liClaim notification to group insurance /li liSupport Issuance and handling of shipping documents in collaboration with PLM /li liSupport PM in preparing project reviews and participate /li liAdministration of permanent establishment (local project office) /li liSupport with the implementation of essential commercial site processes and organization such as cash management, banking and accounting, contract management, leading and training of commercial site team (regular site visits mandatory) /li liInvolvement in sourcing concept and follow‑up of financing requirements (conditions for ECA coverage, local content, foreign exchange risk, embargo restrictions etc.) /li liCollaboration with cross functions and service departments for drafting and negotiation of important subcontracts and consortium agreements /li liProvide commercial and contractual inputs to Project Logistics Manager for the logistics concept /li liInterfacing with legal department /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Law, Economics and Management Engineering /li /ul h3Offer /h3 ul liCompetitive remuneration package /li liInteresting and challenging work in a positive, international and dynamic work environment /li liAbility to work with global teams in an expanding market and develop your professional skills /li liFlexible work policy – office and remote /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
