ph3Job description /h3 pJoin our team dedicated to the bCustomer Relationship Center /b, supporting business transformation and digitalization projects in an international context. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver requirements documentation for bCRC‑related projects /b /li liWrite and refine buser stories /b and epics for development teams /li liPrepare configuration guidelines for system implementation /li libSupport development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met /b /li liCollaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into application requirements /li liIdentify gaps in existing functionalities and propose improvements /li liEnsure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design /li liProvide training and documentation to end users and support teams /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul lib5‑7 years of relevant experience /b as a Business Analyst, preferably in international projects /li liExperience in brequirements gathering, documentation,
