gaining exposure to real-world use cases across sectors such as financial services, insurance, and public administration. xlwpduy Required Qualifications:Master’s degree in a STEM discipline (or equivalent practical experience)Foundational understanding of Machine Learning concepts and common AI modelsBasic knowledge of data handling and relational databasesGood programming fundamentals in Python (or similar languages)Preferred Qualifications:Academic or internship experience in AI/ML projectsFamiliarity with version control systems (e.G., Git)Exposure to data visualization tools (e.G., Power BI or similar)Interest or initial exposure to AI agent frameworks (e.G., LangChain or similar)Technical SkillsBasic to intermediate programming skills in PythonFamiliarity with common data science libraries such as:Pandas, NumPyScikit-learnExposure to deep learning frameworks (e.G., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) is a plusBasic knowledge of SQLLanguages:Mandatory: English, fluent written and spoken; Optional: other European languageCompensation & Benefits:The salary range for this position is €24,000–€27,000 gross per year (RAL), depending on experience and qualifications.In addition to the fixed salary, employees are eligible for:Annual performance premio (MBO)Meal vouchersCompany welfare allowance equal to 3.5% of the annual gross salarySupplementary health insurance
