Do you want to make a difference? Join us and shape the future of the packaging industry!We are looking for a Quality & Safety Manager to ensure product quality, compliance with customer requirements, and workplace safety within our manufacturing environment.
The role will be responsible for driving quality excellence, managing quality processes, and promoting a strong safety culture across the plant.The candidate will organize activities, setting priorities, and ensuring effective collaboration with production and other plant functions to achieve continuous improvement objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System and safety standardsEnsure compliance with customer specifications, internal procedures,
and applicable regulationsOversee production quality controls and finished product release processesManage non-conformities, customer complaints, root cause analysis, and corrective actionsLead internal and external audits and support continuous improvement initiativesMonitor quality KPIs and promote quality and safety awareness throughout the organizationPerform regular safety walks and support workplace safety improvement actionsEnsure compliance with company HSE requirements and contribute to sustainability initiativesRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Sciences, or a related xlwpduy fieldPrevious experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing environment (experience in packaging/folding carton production is considered a plus)Strong knowledge of quality management systems, audits, and continuous improvement methodologiesUnderstanding of safety management systems and sustainability topicsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to lead and develop a teamGood English communication skills are mandatoryThis role offers the opportunity to play a key part in strengthening quality excellence, operational performance, and safety culture within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
