Established in 1966, we are a global benchmark in the production of generators and warehouse material handling equipment. /ph3Overview /h3pPramac, part of the third‑largest group worldwide in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join the International Manufacturing Engineering Team at its Head Quarter in Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy). /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the success of process improvement initiatives by implementing policies, procedures, and process documentation and coordinating with various functions involved. /liliContribute to plant transformation, technology transfer, and continuous maintenance of value streams. /liliSupport the implementation of demand‑driven production fundamentals and strategies that enhance operational excellence, flexibility, speed, and responsiveness. /liliEnsure that product, material,



and information flows are synchronized to achieve maximum efficiency and minimum operating cost. /liliWork closely with production staff to promote continuous improvement of production methods, systems, and controls. /liliMonitor and supervise methodological correctness in project development, efficient resource use, and robustness of results, providing timely feedback. /liliAct as a facilitator for change management, implementation of key improvement programs, and effective measurement of key performance indicators. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree in Industrial/Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. /liliFluent in English. /liliWillingness to travel to the Group's subsidiaries if needed. /liliExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. /liliGood understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and CAD software. /liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills. /liliProblem‑solving ability. /liliTeamwork skills. /li /ulh3Work Location /h3pCasole d'Elsa (Siena, Italy) /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
