Engineers will be assigned onsite support requests based on customer tickets and project requirements to provide hands-on technical assistance in enterprise environments. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /ppProvide onsite desktop and deskside support for hardware, software, and network-related issues /ppPerform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and break/fix activities /ppInstall, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices /ppSupport Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and basic networking /ppManage Active Directory user accounts, password resets, and group memberships /ppSupport Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM for device imaging, software deployment,



and endpoint management /ppTroubleshoot BitLocker encryption and recovery key issues /ppUpdate service tickets and documentation while adhering to SLA and ITIL processes /ppEscalate complex technical issues when required /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pp3+ years of experience in Desktop Support, EUC, or IT Support /ppHands-on experience with Active Directory /ppExperience with Microsoft Intune and/or SCCM /ppExperience supporting BitLocker encryption and recovery /ppStrong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 /ppBasic networking and hardware troubleshooting skills /ppExcellent communication and customer service skills /ppAbility to travel to customer sites and respond to dispatch requests /ppOwn laptop and standard IT toolkit preferred /ppRate Card /ppbr / /pulliHourly Rate: €30 /hour /liliHalf-Day (up to 4 hours): €90 /liliFull-Day (up to 8 hours): €140 /li /ulpbr / /ppThis is an on-demand dispatch role, not a full-time position. Engineers are engaged on a ticket-by-ticket basis depending on customer requirements. /p
