Join Promat as a bTechnical Application Engineer /b and play a key role in transforming customer requirements into innovative, compliant insulation and refractory solutions that support some of the world's most demanding industrial processes. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical application support to customers and colleagues. /li liDevelop compliant insulation and refractory solutions. /li liInterpret customer requirements and specifications. /li liSupport projects from design through to after‑sales. /li liPrepare and review technical documentation. /li liEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations. /li liRespond to technical enquiries and troubleshoot issues. /li liCollaborate with Sales, Product Management, RD and Engineering teams. /li liManage multiple technical projects and priorities. /li liLiaise with testing and certification bodies.
/li liSupport product testing and validation activities. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /li liDeliver accurate and practical technical guidance. /li liMaintain expertise in products, applications and industry standards. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liExperience in high‑temperature insulation, refractories, or industrial furnace applications. /li liAbility to interpret technical specifications, drawings and customer requirements. /li liStrong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. /li liConfident preparing technical calculations, documentation and recommendations. /li liEffective communication skills and ability to work with customers and internal teams. /li liPractical, solution‑focused approach to problem‑solving. /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. /li liCollaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement. /li liWe have a strong conviction that diversity of thinking helps us to deliver a strong and sustainable performance.
