ppWe deliver innovative mechanical engineering solutions for ground and space-based optical applications. /ppWe are seeking a PROGRAM MANAGER who will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects within a program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering results on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to manage risks, resources, and timelines to achieve program success. /ph3WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO /h3ulliCo‑ordination and control of overall project tasks /liliI/F with customer /liliSub‑contractors management /liliProject and Management Plan preparation (Schedule and costs control, Progress Reporting and control)



/liliRisk management and corrective actions implementation /liliRisk Assessment Report and Register preparation and maintenance /liliChange Request Management /liliCo‑ordination of Configuration and Documentation activity /liliSupport to Procurement for suppliers management /liliReviews meetings planning, preparation and attendance /li /ulh3YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS FOR A PROGRAM MANAGER /h3ulliUniversity degree in technical fields /liliMechanical background is considered as a preference /lili2 years experience in a technical role /lili2 years experience in Program Management /liliStrong problem‑solving attitude /liliAbility to work in multi‑disciplinary, multi‑language, multi‑cultural team /liliGood knowledge of the English language both read and spoken /liliDesire to continue professional growth and development /li /ulh3ADDITIONAL INFORMATION /h3ulliContract: permanent /liliWorking time: tempo pieno, hybrid as per the internal policy /liliAnnual compensation: 50.000€ - 60.000€, based on the candidate's experience /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
