MAHLE Comp.Motori (IT) in Trento is seeking an experienced HR professional to act as the primary HR contact for managers at the Trento plant. You will provide strategic and operational guidance on labor law, performance, development and day-to-day people matters.

You will collaborate with regional and global CoE teams to execute HR processes, systems and initiatives, including performance management, talent development, culture and total rewards.
