Job Title: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic Location: Florence, Arizona Employment Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 40 hours/week Setting: Single-Site Clinic | Onsite Only | No Travel Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000 annually (base salary) + performance-based premio potential Position Overview Our established outpatient orthopedic clinic in Florence is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic care team. This is a full-time, onsite role with a strong career growth pathway—including the potential to advance to Clinic Director within 1–2 years.
