Experteer Overview In this role you will optimize assembly methods, processes and equipment to reduce labor hours while meeting quality, efficiency, cost and safety targets. You'll define production methods and sequencing for new processes and ensure cost and equipment investments align with targets. You will lead improvement projects, support startup activities, and evaluate new technologies to boost productivity and cost efficiency.

This is a hands‐on role in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
