As an OEM Sales Engineer in NE Italy, you drive profitable growth by expanding Victaulic’s OEM share through strategic account development and targeted product promotion. You will implement the team’s sales plan, use Salesforce for coordination, and align with regional managers to maximize results. You’ll stay ahead of market trends and competitor moves while promoting the full Victaulic range.

This role offers international exposure, a focus on cross‑functional collaboration, and meaningful impact in a growth‑focused market.

Retribuzione / Benefits

Develop and implement a yearly business plan aligned with team strategy to hit market, product and profitability targets

Prioritize accounts by mapping major owners and key players in each segment

Collaborate with line sales and regional management to maximize results

Target and report on a defined number of accounts through the specification development program





Drive complete account development by promoting the full Victaulic product range

Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager on OEM sales strategy within the territory

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, pricing developments and new product introductions

Responsabilità

Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent technical expertise

Comfortable working in an international environment in NE Italy

Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

Knowledge of piping business or ability to rapidly xkiyazw acquire relevant technical skills

Strong commercial mindset, results‑driven, customer‑oriented

Affinity with the OEM sector

Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally

Active professional presence on industry networks and associations
