#ELC Marketing MAC The Role We are looking for a motivated intern to join the MAC Marketing team,
supporting the Consumer Marketing Coordinator in the execution of integrated marketing and communication activities across B2C channels.
Key Performance Areas Support the Consumer Marketing Coordinator in the implementation of 360° communication campaigns, including advertising, social media, influencer marketing, seeding activities, CRM and events
Contribute to the execution of consumer marketing initiatives across retailers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, Paid Media, Social, CRM, Trade and others) to ensure alignment and consistency in campaign planning and execution
Create, adapt and review communication materials for digital and offline channels, including CRM communications, newsletters, visual assets, copy localization and marketing materials
Support brand.com activities in collaboration with the EMEA Online team, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and reviewing translations
Assist the team in preparing and reviewing key documents, presentations and post-campaign reports for internal meetings and retailer reviews
Requirements Degree (or final-year student) in Marketing or Communication
Native Italian speaker with excellent English (written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong proficiency in Canva
Strong passion for beauty and communication, with a creative and results-oriented mindset
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail, with strong written communication and copywriting skills
Positive attitude, team spirit and willingness to learn
