We are looking for an Account Manager based in Rome , hired by Amusnet Italy.



Operate as a point of contact for the assigned customers · Make sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely manner · Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams · Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust · Take care of compliance inquiries and assist in document requests · In-depth knowledge of the product portfolio · Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients · Contribute to the design and implementation of promotional initiatives · Prepare reports on account status Experience in the online gambling industry · Proven work experience as an account manager or other relevant experience · Fluent English both written and spoken · Good computer skills - Microsoft Office · Private Health Insurance · Perfect office location · Permanent employment If you are interested, please apply directly sending us your CV in English.
