Experteer Overview As Maintenance Manager, you will lead the maintenance function at our Casella (GE) site to maximize equipment reliability, plant availability and safety. You'll steer maintenance strategy, manage the budget, and drive continuous improvement and modernization with cross-functional and external partners. This role supports the plant's transformation agenda and collaborates with local and international teams to deliver operational excellence.

You will shape maintenance practices that underpin the company's mission of reliable, sustainable solutions for fluid and energy management.

Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and coordinate all maintenance activities (preventive, predictive, corrective, emergency, extraordinary) Ensure reliability and efficiency of production and facility equipment, minimizing downtime Develop and implement maintenance plans, procedures, and performance monitoring Identify reliability issues, prioritize interventions, allocate resources Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate external suppliers/service providers Lead plant modernization and technological improvement initiatives aligned with strategy Oversee plant modifications and layout changes within timelines and budgets Monitor maintenance KPIs, analyze trends, drive continuous improvement Ensure safety, compliance with regulatory requirements, inspections,



certifications Manage maintenance budget and support cost optimization Research and evaluate new technologies, equipment, and maintenance best practices Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, promoting safety and operational excellence Responsabilità Technical degree or Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields) At least 5 years in a maintenance leadership role within manufacturing Experience managing maintenance teams and external contractors Strong knowledge of maintenance methodologies, equipment reliability, and plant operations Experience in maintenance planning, budgeting, and performance management Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements for industrial facilities Strong leadership, organizational, and problem‐solving skills Ability to collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain Proactive mindset and continuous improvement orientation Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken) Experience in multinational organizations and plastics industry is a plus Requisiti fondamentali Annual Premio Plan Hybrid working Professional development opportunities Exposure to international projects Multicultural team environment * Safety, innovation, and continuous improvement culture
