O’Two Hotels in Italy is seeking a polished Telephone Operator for the Front Office to handle calls, messages and guest communications across Terra by O’Two and Mar by O’Two. The role is essential to the guest experience.

You will support multiple departments, maintain service standards and ensure privacy. Minimum 1–2 years in a luxury hotel setting and Protel PMS experience are required. Fluency in English and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected.
