How you’ll make a difference
Support the Sales team in negotiating and finalizing contracts for cutting-edge digital services, working directly with the legal departments of leading Italian and European companies.
Collaborate with Administration and Sales teams in the preparation of documentation required for participation in public tenders, including the establishment of temporary consortiums and joint bidding arrangements.
Support the Procurement team in reviewing and negotiating supplier agreements.
Contribute to the management of overdue receivables, supporting Sales teams in customer administration and credit recovery activities.
Collaborate with external legal counsel in managing out-of-court settlements and legal disputes.brid

What we’re looking for
Degree in Law.
Ability to independently manage the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts.
Strong communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to provide clear and timely legal advice to multiple business functions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize activities while collaborating with different departments across the organization.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €30,000 to €40,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).

Qualification to practice law (Bar admission).
Knowledge of French.
