- 6364 EUR### Job DescriptionSAP S/4HANA Learning Content Developer (L&D;)Experience: 4+ yearsRole OverviewWe are looking for a Learning Content Developer with hands-on experience developing SAP S/4HANA training materials to support enterprise learning and digital adoption initiatives.

This role focuses on producing high-quality, SCORM-compliant e-learning, instructor-led materials, and role-based learning paths that support SAP implementations, upgrades, and end-user enablement.

The ideal candidate combines instructional design expertise with practical SAP process knowledge to deliver clear, engaging, and business-aligned learning solutions.Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive SAP S/4HANA training materials, including user guides, process documentation, presentations, and job aids.

Create SCORM-compliant e-learning modules and ensure compatibility across Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Design structured, role-based learning paths and curricula tailored to user personas and business needs.

Translate complex SAP processes into concise, learner-focused content.

Apply instructional design methodologies to develop interactive learning experiences: simulations, walkthroughs, quizzes, and assessments.





Align content with adult learning principles and best practices to maximize retention and performance.

Partner with SAP functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure training accurately reflects system functionality and operational processes.

Contribute to user readiness and adoption strategies during implementation and transformation efforts.

Maintain and organize learning libraries and repositories; ensure documentation is current and accessible.

Continuously improve learning materials based on user feedback, metrics, and system updates.Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in learning & development, instructional design, or training content development.

Proven experience developing training materials for SAP S/4HANA environments.

Demonstrated ability to produce SCORM-compliant e-learning content.

Strong track record in creating clear process documentation and digital learning assets.Key Skills

E-learning authoring and multimedia development

Learning Management Systems (LMS) integration

Stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaborationPreferred Qualifications

Practical experience supporting SAP implementations or transformation programs.

Familiarity with common e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or equivalent).

Experience developing multilingual learning content.
