As an IT Support in the automotive industry, you'll bring curiosity, problem-solving, and technical expertise to a fast-paced environment where innovation and collaboration drive success. Working closely with a global and diverse team, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing IT systems that directly impact dealer performance and customer satisfaction. Act as the first point of contact for end-user IT inquiries, providing desktop support and troubleshooting across Windows/macOS environments, Office 365, and line-of-business applications Manage office IT infrastructure, including network, printers, VPN, and meeting room AV systems, ensuring high availability and performance Oversee the full IT asset lifecycle — procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning — via asset management systems Administer Microsoft Intune / Entra ID for device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment, and conditional access Assist the IT Manager in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of operational systems (CRM, DMS), including user requirement gathering, UAT coordination, and vendor communication Support dealer-facing IT operations: troubleshoot integration issues between dealership DMS platforms and OEM systems (CRM, SAP), and serve as an escalation point for dealer IT inquiries Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures Participate in IT project delivery — define scope, track milestones, manage resources, and ensure alignment with business objectives Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 5+ years of IT experience ,



with a strong preference for experience in the automotive industry Solid understanding of automotive IT systems and workflows — CRM, DMS, dealer management, parts inventory, warranty processing Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune / Entra ID, and IT infrastructure management Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ITIL best practices Professional fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken) Patience and persistence in troubleshooting and support roles.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technological activities. Strong customer-service orientation.

Gross

Salary from 40k EUR to 46k EUR based on experience and competence. A dynamic environment within a growing automotive brand.
