About The Role The IT&D; Manager – Factory is a key position within the IT&D; organisation, responsible for relationship and demand management for the site factory. The role is based in Mira (VE), Italy and will support transformation in our production facility, working closely with business leadership to implement business, process, data and technology standards as part of a global transformation programme. The manager reports to the site IT&D; Director and collaborates with manufacturing product organisations, site and plant directors, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

Activate IT&D; initiatives in the factories, accountable for driving global programme deployment through factories in scope.

Ensure IT&D; services are properly applied through our partner to the site, delivering an effective user experience.

Establish a relationship with factory leadership, maintaining clear communication lines and securing stakeholder buy‑in for the transformation journey.

Continuously monitor support services to the factories, coordinate communications and escalations in critical situations, and champion a healthy and stable factory IT ecosystem.

Experience We're Looking For

Degree qualified or equivalent.

Experience of working in a complex organisation with a global scope; FMCG experience desirable but not essential (preferably 4+ years).





Demonstrable manufacturing process understanding and proficiency; experience with IT operating models alongside industrial automation and Industry 4.0.

Project management and change management skills desirable.

Knowledge of key industrial automation and data analytics systems desirable.

Skills for Success

Strong business partnering – build relationships with the Reckitt manufacturing community and global IT&D; communities, both virtually and in person.

Operate within a matrix environment, providing support and deliverables for solutions delivery and demand management from the resource pool.

Oversee the relationship and execution of manufacturing operations, leveraging process understanding to propose solutions and articulate problems to technical or delivery teams.

Sound judgment and strong IT&D; and commercial acumen, focused on achieving the best possible outcomes aligned with business goals.

Ensure global technical and information standards are implemented and complied with.
