Within CRIF IT department, the resource will be in charge of international and national projects related to the delivery of a complex software application for the banking and finance industry. IT Business Analyst Advisor Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst Advisor AI to lead the design, implementation and adoption of AI Solutions based on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft AI Foundry (Azure AI Foundry) and enterprise AI solutions.
This role combines technical leadership and project management responsibilities, overseeing the design and delivery of AI agents and AI assets. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate businesse needs into scalable, secure, and high-value AI solutions while ensuring successful project execution, governance and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives using Copilot Studio and Microsoft AI Foundry, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget
Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation across multiple AI initiatives
Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders during the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to management
Ensure compliance with Security, Data Privacy and risk management
Support the evaluation and selection of AI technologies, platforms and vendors
Technical Requirements
3+ years of experience delivering AI agent or chatbot development, preferably with Copilot Studio or similar platforms
Good nowledge of: Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform (Power Automate, Dataverse)
Microsoft AI Foundry / Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
Strong understanding of: Modern AI architectures (LLMs, agent-based systems, multi-agent orchestration)
Prompt engineering and generative AI integration
REST APIs and system integrations
Experience defining solution architectures and integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms Working knowledge of Python, C#, JavaScript to facilitate technical discussions with development team and architects Functional Skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify automation opportunities
Ability to translate business needs into effective digital solutions
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in complex environments
Excellent communication, strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications
Experience in enterprise generative AI projects, with Agile, Scrum Knowledge of AI governance, security, and data protection (DLP)
Microsoft Certification Azure, AI, Power Platform Seniority Level
5+ years of experience in project, program or solution management roles within AI initiatives or digital transformation Ability to lead complex AI programs and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations Eligibility

What we offer
Type of contract: permanent The Annual Salary for this position starts from €37,000 gross per year.
The level of classification will be determined during the selection process based on the candidate’s profile and in accordance with the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector. The final compensation package, including any variable components (such as MBO) or additional benefits
