Michael Page Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop the HR Operations function, ensuring high-quality service delivery across all employee lifecycle processes.

- Oversee personnel administration, contract management, payroll governance and employee benefits programs.
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation, social security and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate relationships with external providers, payroll vendors and relevant authorities.
- Drive the continuous improvement and optimization of HR processes and operating models.
- Manage HR systems and ensure the integrity, quality and security of employee data.
- Develop and monitor HR reporting and analytics, providing meaningful workforce insights.
- Partner with Finance on headcount planning, personnel budgeting and cost monitoring activities.
- Support organizational growth by implementing scalable and efficient HR operations.
- Contribute to HR transformation projects, digitalization initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements - Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related disciplines.

- At least 10 years of HR experience with a strong focus on HR Operations.
- Proven experience managing personnel administration, payroll processes and HR compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems,



preferably SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Experience managing HR budgets, workforce reporting and people analytics.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing HR teams.
- Solid understanding of Italian labour law.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong analytical, organizational and process improvement skills.

Preferred Qualifications - Experience within international and complex organizations.

- Experience managing HR transformation and digitalization projects.
- Knowledge of multiple collective bargaining agreements (CCNL) is considered an advantage.
- Exposure to employee relations and labour law matters is appreciated, although the primary focus of the role is HR Operations excellence. This is a permanent contract offered under CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, Level Quadro.
