Experteer OverviewAs HSE Manager, you will lead health, safety and environment efforts for project sites across Europe and the Mediterranean. You report to the Managing Director and work with the QHSE structure to embed a sustainable HSE culture. You will design and audit HSE systems, manage risk, and train staff to prevent incidents and ensure regulatory compliance.

suppliers and authorities to sustain HSE cultureParticipate in international working groups and periodic security meetingsProvide proactive HSE guidance to business unit managers and project managersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of mandatory regulations and standardsArrange emergency response planning and ensure availability of PPEResponsabilità10+ years of experience in similar HSE roles within large/medium-sized companiesRSPP certificate with appropriate ATECO classificationsBachelor or Master in Technical Engineering (preferred) with specialization in Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management SystemsExperience with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18000 implementationsFluent in English and FrenchStrong interpersonal and diplomatic skills; ability to build relations at all levelsExperience on construction sites in Italy and abroad, in oil & gas, offshore refineries and energy sectorsAbility to conduct risk assessments and incident investigationsKnowledge of regulatory compliance and auditing processesStrong communication and training organization abilitiesRequisiti fondamentalisubstantial growth opportunitiespermanent contract at management levelrelocation/corporate housing assistanceinternational scopeannual performance considerationscompetitive remuneration commensurate with experience
