As an Accessories Research Specialist, you will drive the research and development of trims and accessory solutions for Menswear and Womenswear. You will collaborate with Design, Raw Materials, and Purchasing to align on collection requirements and timelines, while shaping a robust archive of trims and materials. You will ensure data integrity in PLM and support the growing collection volumes with high-quality results.

This role offers the chance to influence luxury accessory quality and the research process within a cross‑functional team.

Conduct research and scouting of trims and accessories for Menswear and Womenswear collections

Support development and follow‑up of accessories from research through implementation

Collaborate with Design, Raw Materials, and Purchasing to ensure alignment on collection requirements and timelines

Improve the quality and effectiveness of accessories research in a cross‑functional environment





Manage organization, cataloguing, and archiving of trims and accessory materials with traceability

Monitor and maintain accurate data within PLM and other relevant systems

Support the Trims team in handling growing collection volumes while maintaining quality

Work under the coordination of the Trim Team Manager and contribute to team objectives

Responsabilità

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in accessories, fashion, or luxury industry

Strong technical knowledge xkiyazw of accessory materials, components, and manufacturing processes

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Proficiency with PLM systems, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant digital tools

Strong organizational skills with material management and archive maintenance experience

Excellent interpersonal and cross‑functional collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure

Detail‑oriented, proactive, and solution‑driven approach
