Medical Sales Representative- 12 month FTC Location: Emilia-Romagna VB Spine is seeking a results-driven Spine Sales Representative to maximize revenue through our network of reseller partners, including dealers, distributors, and value-added resellers. This individual contributor role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and supporting channel partners while driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and market expansion. The position requires independent judgment, minimal supervision, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced medical device environment.
Support surgical teams by prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and im plantsLearn spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques through structured training and real-world exposure. Manage logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accountsEnsure successful surgical case coverage by staying sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented. Work closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and your team to deliver outstanding service.
Represent VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity. University degree preferred (Engineering, Nursing, Biology, or related fields) but not mandatory.
Experience &
Qualifications: Sales, business development, or technical experience stronglypreferred.
