Pirelli is seeking a Maintenance Subject Matter Expert to drive continuous improvement across its factories from the HQ, partnering with the PME program to lift reliability, uptime and cost efficiency. You will develop standards, train colleagues at the Pirelli Academy, and support site teams to scale best practices globally.

This role blends technical leadership with cross‐functional collaboration and international travel, shaping the maintenance backbone of our manufacturing excellence mission.
