POSITION SUMMARY The resource will be part of the Front Office department and will perform the following tasks:

Welcoming customers

Assigning rooms

Providing information or assistance to customers

Managing reservations

Receiving and handling customer complaints

Analyzing and identifying customer needs

Receiving and sorting phone calls

Filling out forms and documents

Contacting the various departments of the facility to meet customer needs

Managing payments and customer data in line with company policies

Managing guest complaints and needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: Related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None A fluent Knowledge of both Italian and English languages is required
