Manager / Team Leader

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Salesforce, you will design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise environments. You collaborate with Deployment Strategists to ship production‑grade AI capabilities for key customers, spanning end‑to‑end delivery, data pipelines, and integration. You’ll work on frontier AI capabilities, contribute to MVPs and proofs‑of‑concept, and translate customer challenges into tangible agentic solutions.

This role offers hands‑on impact across large‑scale implementations and close teamwork with customers and product teams.

- base salary range 70,425 to 94,200 EUR annually
- Design and deploy agentic AI solutions in production environments
- Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into real products
- Own end‑to‑end technical components from architecture to production




- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks
- Develop agent experiences and dashboards to track KPIs and outcomes
- Contribute to proofs‑of‑concept and MVPs
- Surface platform gaps and provide feedback to product teams
- Co‑build with customers and partners to enable teams for future projects
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years software engineering or technical delivery experience (6–10 years for Senior) with at least one production system
- Prior customer‑facing technical delivery experience (consulting, services, or forward deployed engineering)
- Hands‑on with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Strong data modeling, APIs, and integration pattern knowledge
- Ability to work with sales teams and customer architects
